I've handled this item a few times, and it's been stored at home for a long time, so it may be dirtier than when it was new (please check the photos). I've visually inspected it and don't see any holes or tears, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition. There is no box, just the squishy. Instant purchase is OK.
