This is a Seiko Grand Quartz, model 4840-8041. In its day, it was more expensive than the mechanical Grand Seiko. Watches from this era often had a calendar function, but non-date models are more popular now. It has a very elegant pearlescent white dial. It sparkles finely when exposed to light. The slender indexes and hands also match well. The battery has been replaced for this listing, and it is running accurately. The crystal is clean. The dial has slight black spots near the 12 and 4 o'clock positions. The case has fine scratches. The case diameter is about 3.4cm, excluding the crown.
