Currently supervised by Dietmar Schuh, the third generation. The traditional German guild-style manufacturing techniques have been passed down to the present day. This is a 1983 model. 4/4 size, for adults. It is likely a 200,000 yen class instrument. It is well-made. The sound is clear from low to high notes, and it produces a thick tone, typical of German instruments. The bow, strings, rosin, and shoulder rest are new, non-branded items.
