This raglan sleeve jacket was given to me by an acquaintance about 10 years ago. It has 8-part sleeves, and I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I've kept it stored for many years. It appears to be a sample item, as it has no tags, but I believe it's made of a wool-blend knit fabric (this is just a guess). The size is probably M-L.
