The elegant white color, with the inside of the round patterns being a light purple, acts like an accent color, adding to its stylishness. The maker is Tezuka Shodo. There is a mark inside the foot of the kashi-bachi, though it is difficult to see. By the way, the character for "haku" (white) in "hakuji" (white porcelain) on the lid of the tomobako is written with the "ishihen" (stone radical) on the left turned downwards.
