I bought this a year or two ago and have worn it a few times. It's corduroy, but the light color makes it suitable to wear until early spring. The waist is elastic, so it's easy to put on. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there is some wear and tear. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about storage at home.
