This is a set of a lesson bag and strap from WearMoi. It has two zippers and is designed to hold shoes and small items. I purchased it a few years ago and used it when going to lessons. One rhinestone from the cat's eye design on the strap is missing. The "i" embroidery on the WearMoi logo is slightly frayed.
