It is basically unopened and in good condition, but there is a tear on a part of the box (as shown in the last photo) from when it was opened. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections due to home storage. Basically, this is a set sale, but if you would like to purchase individual items, please comment.
