I purchased this in July of this year and used it about 5 times, but I'm selling it because I bought another reel and won't be using this one. There is no gritty or grinding feeling at all, and it feels very smooth. The line is Yamato-yo Range Sheller 8, size 1. A Water Land spool band is also included. All accessories are included.
