This is a cotton 100% one-piece pajama worn by my family about 3 times. There is a slight feeling of wear. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that I may have missed something as I am a private seller. There are slits on both sides, about 13cm long. There are holes where a button or ribbon-like item was attached near the collarbone (see photo 3).
