This is Lacoste tennis wear. It has been worn a few times and stored in a chest. The size is 3 US (S), so it's equivalent to a Japanese size S to M. It's been worn only a few times, so I think it's in relatively good condition, but please understand that it is a used item and only purchase if you are okay with that.
