This blouse was purchased at a NOBLE store. It has only been worn once for a short period of time and is in excellent condition. It is sheer, and we recommend wearing it with a dress or a visible inner layer. It goes well with both skirts and pants, and can be worn without being overly sweet. It looks lovely worn under a jacket, with a subtle sheerness. Please note that there may be some folding wrinkles from shipping.
