This is a light blue tulle fabric with a snowflake pattern. As shown in the fourth photo, glitter is scattered throughout the fabric. The glitter does not shed. It is not stiff enough to be used for a petticoat. Please check the fifth photo for the fabric's stiffness. I bought this six years ago, but the pattern is so beautiful that I haven't had the courage to cut it, and it remains uncut to this day. There are fold wrinkles.
