There's a faint stain about 25cm from the hem, so I've priced it down, but there's a faint, similar pattern (*^^*) that looks like polka dots, so I don't think it's very noticeable. (Last photo) Therefore, I've marked it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." There's a cute pattern when you fold up the sleeves. It's more of a pale cream color than white.
