The yellow book contains recipes for ingredients and preparation methods, as well as an introduction and interview with the chef. The food photos are in a card format, not in the booklet itself. There are no major scratches or stains, but there is some discoloration on the cover due to aging (see photo 8). Most of the pages have not been opened.
