The overall length of the pants is about 100cm due to the sarouel design. The waist is about 90cm and can be tied with a string. I purchased and owned these myself at MIDWEST several years ago. I think it was around 100,000 yen. I took good care of them, so I've worn them about 10 times and had them dry cleaned about twice. There are wrinkles from being folded, but they will disappear when worn. I think there are few stains or signs of wear, as shown in the photos. You may never find this navy color again; I fell in love with it and bought it. I had them hemmed slightly when I bought them because I wore them with boots. Size 50 is a bit large, but I think it's not much different from 48; the waist will be fine if you put in elastic. My tastes have shifted to vintage clothing, so I'm selling these from my personal collection at a low price. Please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
