It's shaped like an apron. There is some discoloration on the back of the storage bag. This is a Platinum Baby nursing cape. It has a soft wire, so you can see your baby's face while nursing, making it easy to use. The soft wire is removable. It has been used, but there don't seem to be any noticeable scratches or damage. *This is not new. Please be aware that I may have missed something during my amateur inspection. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will compress it slightly when packing, so please be aware of wrinkles.
