Royal Copenhagen Baca 18cm vase. The Baca series was created around 1965 by four designers, led by art director Nils Thorsson. This series was produced at the Aluminia factory. These are made using faience, a relatively low-temperature firing technique that Aluminia specialized in. There are individual color variations and color unevenness, resulting in a deep and weighty finish. This piece has an oval shape when viewed from above. The design features a black and yellow color scheme with a floral pattern. It can be used as a vase or simply displayed as an accent in your room.
