I often used to dress my child in this to protect them from the chilly spring and autumn winds. It blocks the wind very well (^o^) Also good for disaster preparedness. The daycare center prohibited hoods, so I removed it and will sell it without the hood. Also, since there is a name written on it, I have blacked it out (see image). Please be aware of this.
