I bought this with the intention of using it for walks, but I ended up storing it without using it. It's a carabiner type, so it seems convenient because you don't need to carry it like a flashlight. As shown on the package in the image, it can also be used when walking your dog, keeping your hands free. The light intensity can be changed in 4 patterns: 3 levels of brightness, plus flashing. I haven't opened it, so I think the inside is clean, but the outside has some thin scratches and marks on the surface since I bought it. They may have increased during home storage. This is a new, unopened item, but please understand that it has been stored at home before purchasing.
