This is a Paul Smith sukajan (souvenir jacket). It's navy blue with green accents, but not overly flashy. There's insect embroidery on both chest areas. The ribbing on the cuffs and hem is dirty. There's also some staining around the front zipper (see photos). No other stains or damage are visible, but as it's a personal inspection, there may be oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It has a relaxed fit, so you can wear it for a long time. This is a personal opinion. For reference only.
