I am selling it because my child has outgrown it! The reason it's considered "as is" is because there are white scuff marks over a wide area on the inside of the swimwear. It is not mold. I don't know why it happened. My child said they used the spin dryer provided at the pool facility, so perhaps that's what caused it. Please check the photos! I have washed it two or three times in a laundry net with delicate detergent, but it remains in this condition. No stickiness. I have confirmed through several inspections that it does not flake off. I have also confirmed that it does not affect the surface! The front is clean and in good condition.
