This is a "Nyoronyoro no Tane" (Little My's Seed) charm that you can get at Moomin Stand, designed to attach to the thick straws. It's also cute attached to chopstick holders, pens, etc. I've been displaying it on a shelf as is. I hope someone can make use of it before I get rid of it.
