The red and yellow wheels have different tooth shapes. How to Use: Use the serrated (gear-toothed) roulette wheel for precise measurements and marking on fabric. Place tracing paper underneath and trace the pattern to make marks. Allows for sharp markings. Also used for marking on leather and paper. Condition (Defective): Unused and individually packaged in plastic bags, but due to aging, the paint on the wooden handles is flaking off.
