Used once for mountain climbing in the snow and washed at home. 50% wool, 50% acrylic The general idea is that it's warm due to the high wool content, and the acrylic blend provides a comfortable feel and quick-drying properties. It's a thick construction and very warm when worn. The size is free size, and I think it can be worn without any problems by men with standard head sizes.
