In Kamen Rider Episode 68, "The Terrifying Identity of Doctor Death!", the Shocker Great Leader "Doctor Death" challenges Rider 1 to a final battle. Doctor Death's true form is "Ika Devil." This is a rather old item, so there may be some deterioration, but the condition is not bad. It was stored in a box in a closet. Ika Devil is a little unstable and difficult to stand on its own.
