This is a mook (magazine-book) published in 1999. Due to aging and the paper quality, there is noticeable yellowing, but no pages are missing. This amazing mook, a specialty of the now-defunct Million Publishing, is packed with cult and maniacal information, pushing the limits of how much text could be included. It's wonderful how it delves into the world of TV programs while also tackling the Johnny's issue (in 1999!), a truly bizarre aspect. I don't think a book like this will ever be released again.
