This is a Fender '59 Bassman Ltd Tweed, a legendary amplifier. This iconic amp has a unique, three-dimensional sound ranging from clean to crunch, making it perfect for blues, rock, alternative, and ambient music. It features Jensen Special Design speakers. The sound is thick and glossy when clean, and the natural distortion when the volume is turned up is superb. Sound check confirmed. There is some slight crackling in the treble, but considering its age and use, the condition is good. The tweed shows signs of aging with some dirt and wear, but this adds to its vintage feel and creates a fantastic atmosphere (see photos). Used only at home and in the studio.
