10FIT elbow sleeves, size S. I bought these about two months ago and have only used them about 4-5 times, so they're still in great condition. SBD elbow sleeves are 7mm thick, and most other brands are 3-7mm thick, but these are 9mm thick, providing strong rebound and helping to increase weight in pressing exercises. My usual bench press max is 120kg, but I was able to lift 130kg while wearing these. You can expect an increase of +5-10kg from your usual set weight. I think this product is useful for getting used to heavier weights. My arm circumference is 36cm, and I found them quite tight and difficult to put on, so I'm selling them. I recommend these for those with an arm circumference of less than 34cm.
