The perforations (small indentations like those made by a needle) within the scales are relatively clear. It is made with a glazing finish (a technique to even out the shine), which requires the skill of a craftsman. The gold hardware is also in beautiful condition, I believe. This bag uses the belly (hara) of the crocodile, a technique often used in high-end bags, with a center cut. Small crocodile (Irrawaddy crocodile) is used, with bamboo scales and round scales, becoming finer towards the sides. Despite its compact size, it can hold a slightly thick long wallet of about 20cm in length with some room to spare. * Shoulder bag. I believe it is in beautiful condition overall, with no loss of shine.
