Wind the mainspring by rotating the crown slowly with a large stroke in the 0th position (attached to the case). When winding the mainspring, there will be a stop, and the crown will become heavy, so do not force it to wind any further. Never wind the mainspring quickly and in small increments, as this may cause the mainspring to break or the gears to be damaged! After winding the mainspring, pull out the crown and set the time. Unlike quartz watches, you do not need to rotate the hands counterclockwise after rotating them clockwise. If the crown is difficult to pull out, do not force it, but rotate the crown slowly back and forth to pull it out.
