Thank you for viewing. This is from a family collection being sold. It is a set of 6 sometsuke (blue and white) small plates from the Meiji to Taisho periods. The diameter is approximately 13cm. There is no maker's mark, but they are believed to be mass-produced Japanese tableware from that time. There are glaze unevenness, bubbles, and surface irregularities from the manufacturing process (see photos), but please understand these are not defects, but rather the scenery and flavor unique to aged vessels. There are no major cracks or chips, but there is some soiling and minor scratches due to aging.
