(I do not buy from recycle shops, etc. It was either Shinjuku or Tamagawa Takashimaya, or Yokohama.) I haven't used it regularly, and I took it to work on days when I had a lot of things to carry, such as for lessons. I think I've used it less than 10-15 times. There are scuff marks on the corners. One of the handles is worn. There are pen marks in the inner pocket. It has lost its shape slightly. Other than that, it's clean. I don't think anyone will be staring at the handles, and I think it's still usable. Personally, I don't think it's very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these details. My husband and I shared it.
