This is a Winston DL4 7'6" #3 4-piece fly rod. Aside from the scratches on the rod case in photo 5, there are no noticeable scratches. I purchased it new about 20 years ago, but I haven't used it much, so the condition is very good. However, please understand that it is an old item.
