This is a genuine replacement water filter cartridge from LIXIL (INAX). Model number: JF-21 I purchased this in June of this year, but I am selling it because it is no longer needed after remodeling the plumbing. The cartridge is individually packaged and unopened. The items in the photos are all that are included. Please note that this item has been stored at home, so there may be some minor scratches on the box.
