I am 161 cm tall and weigh 44 kg, with a 21 cm arm circumference. When wearing 7.5 cm heels, the hemline was just long enough to slightly show the tips of my shoes, and I didn't have to worry about dragging or stepping on the hem. Overall, it was slightly roomy and easy to move in. The skirt is made of 100% polyester, so wrinkles were not very noticeable even when sitting. The ribbon attached to the waist can be easily removed with two snap buttons.
