I believe this was a novelty item for promotional use for the "Dangan Brothers" album around the late 80s. I've never worn it, but the white areas are slightly yellowed. The pin on the back functions, but the paint on the back is considerably chipped and there is some rust (see photos). It's made by wrapping PP lamination, so it's likely screen printed in 3 spot colors on paper, then PP laminated.
