It's a wonderful house with a terrace! No box included. Please check the photos for any scratches or stains. One joint and one fence piece are missing. The box said it came with "Tales of the Forest," but that's not included either. It's a bargain price, so it will not be wrapped in bubble wrap. Please understand this before purchasing.
