The inside is a little thick, so it might have some insulation, but the details are unknown. Other sellers also listed it as insulated. I used it a little at work. I kept it in my locker to carry it as a tote bag when going to the vending machine in the break room. I didn't use it very often, so I think it's relatively clean. I still like Duffy, but lately, I've been more inclined to display items rather than use them, so I'm decluttering my goods. I don't see any noticeable damage, but it's a used item, so please understand and purchase. I will fold it up small for packaging. Thank you.
