This is an artbook by POP, the famous illustrator of Moetan and Armored Girls, which was distributed at Comic Market 78 on August 15, 2010. It's quite rare as it's hardly available on the market. It has been stored in a dark place, so it's in quite good condition for something that's over 15 years old.
