This is a military skirt from Lowrys Farm. It has an adjustable waist and a slit in the back. The fit is slightly tight, and I think it's equivalent to a size S-M. I wore it once and have stored it after home cleaning. There is a shallow scratch on the side of the back pocket, please check the image.
