A set of two Paul Cardew-designed teapot-patterned mugs by the British ceramic artist. This is a set of two mugs from a new, boxed set of four. Paul Cardew's works are mostly display pieces that are elaborately and faithfully modeled after furniture, etc., but this set is designed for actual use. In fact, these mugs are displayed on a shelf with a different version of the dresser-shaped teapot (photo 9) that Ringtons commissioned Paul Cardew to make for the 2000 millennium celebration. The rolled-up cross pattern on the left side of the same shelf and the tea towel pattern on the top lid are also the same (photo 8). *Note: Photos 8 and 9 are reference images and are not included in the product. Because they are used for Ringtons' ordered items, I believe they are a symbolic design of Mr. Paul Cardew. They are also large, with a capacity of 300ml when filled to 80%. The items are new, so there are no damages, but as they are foreign products, please understand that there may be ink color transfer, black spots, air bubbles, slight unevenness in the fabric, and unevenness in the glaze due to manufacturing.
