This is the Super Famicom Mini. Everything in the third photo is included. The box has some light scratches and a small tear (see photo 6). The console and controllers are in good condition, I think. One of the controllers is unused. You can use it right away if you have an AC adapter. The warranty period has expired, so there is no warranty card. Initialized and tested.
