This appears to be a museum merchandise item produced by the MOA Museum of Art, modeled after the museum's collection of Ninsei Nonomura's masterpiece, the "Colored Enameled Gold and Silver Diamond-Shaped Tea Bowl." It's a smaller sake cup version. My parents liked and collected this type of pottery. I am selling it to organize things. I don't remember it being used at my parents' house, but the box and wrapping paper show signs of deterioration, so it doesn't seem to be new.
