I purchased this new, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it, so I believe the condition is quite good. I haven't even removed the protective film on the LCD screen. The microphone is unopened and unused. I have edited some of the songs, but I have not edited any of the preset tones, so you can use it without any issues. Operation has been confirmed.
