This is a set featuring a Mickey Mouse "Sleep with Me" toy and a sleeper. They are sold as a set only, not individually. The sleeper is made of organic cotton fabric and is soft to the touch. It was a gift, but it has never been used. It has an embroidered "R" (the initial of my son's name). The "Sleep with Me" Mickey Mouse has been used a few times, but there are no stains or marks. The sound works perfectly. I have confirmed it with batteries.
