This is a New Balance hat. It's made of nylon, making it quick-drying and water-repellent. It doesn't have a chin strap, but it does have a hat connector. The logo has faded due to washing, which could be seen as either good or bad. I'm bald, so I usually wore it with a tenugui (Japanese hand towel) underneath. My wife wore it as is, so I think it's unisex. I will fold it compactly for shipping.
