The item is as shown in the photos. There are no tags, but it's a new item, only tried on. It has a fluffy, soft yarn feel, and is very light and airy. Originally for ballet, but I think it can be worn cutely even if not for ballet. Please understand that this is a stored item and only purchase if you are okay with that.
