This is the original Godzilla figure, released several to over a dozen years ago, not the current version.
It's unclear whether it's the Memorial Box version or one sold in stores with a tag.
There are no missing parts, but there is some color transfer or staining on the eyes and feet.
Please note that there are also some other minor paint chips.
