This book by Dr. Ayuko Kawate gently explains Oriental medicine and is packed with helpful information on health, such as "medicinal cuisine." The illustrations are heartwarming and enjoyable to look at. I've read it a few times, but it's in excellent condition with no writing or folds. Please feel free to comment if you have any questions.
